Essays
The essays posted here are written about issues of importance to female or other URiM (Under Represented in Medicine) surgeons. This has recently been expanded to welcome essays from women who do any type of surgery, not just orthopaedics.
Here are the guidelines:
- Write about an issue of importance to women in surgery and/or the patients they serve.
- Include no names of people, places, training programs or professional practices unless you are paying tribute to them.
- Write it in less than 2000 words
